CYCLING CAMP

Increase your strength, speed and overall performance on the bike in this cycling specific camp. We will focus on building the muscular endurance, efficiency, and range of motion your body requires to reach and exceed your ability on the climbs, flats and even descents!

Join Hedi for a four-week evening cycling camp this season!

Tuesdays 5:30-6:15  |  $37.50 per person/per session
Session 1: January 9-30     Session 2: February 6-27

*Limited to 6-10 participants. Camps held at Cascade Athletic Club – Gresham in Gym 2
