Welcome to our Waterpark at Fisher’s Landing, newly built in 2019 and the only private(members and guest) waterpark in Vancouver. The waterpark opens Memorial Day Weekend.  Our outdoor waterpark is the best place to cool off all summer long featuring a wading pool, splash pad, leisure pool, and spa!

The waterpark at Fisher’s Landing is a great place to relax and beat the heat all summer long. Our private pool and waterpark is available to our members and their guests only.

Kids can enjoy the splash pad, wading pool, swimming pool and snack shack all available at our outdoor waterpark.

Don’t have a membership? We are running membership specials for a limited time. Inquiry online and we can setup a tour and get you special pricing.

  • Mon-Fri: Closed
  • Sat/Sun: 11-7pm
  • Inclement Weather: 3-7pm
OUTDOOR POOL:
  • Mon – Fri: Adults Only
  • Sat/Sun: 11-7pm
  • Inclement Weather: 3-7pm + move indoors to Warm Pool
WARM POOL:
  • Mon/Tue: No Family Hours
  • Wed: 2-4
  • Th – Fri: 5:30-7:30pm
  • Sat/Sun: 3-7pm (if inclement weather)

Fisher's Landing Waterpark Policies

Club to Club Usage

All Fisher's members can access the Fisher's waterpark at no cost. Fisher's Members can access Gresham waterpark for a $10 upgrade fee.

$12 PER VISIT

- 3 to 9 year olds that do not have a kids annual
membership.
- 3 to 9 year olds that are guests to members

$15 PER VISIT

- 10+ Year Olds

WATERPARK RULES TO BE FOLLOWED AT ALL TIMES.

Water Park General Rules

  • No outside food, drinks or glass.
  • No mattresses, inner tubes, large balls, water balloons or water guns.
  • Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers/rubber pants.
  • No running, jumping off the side of the pool backwards, or rough play.
  • When using suntan lotions, please shower before entering the pool.

Waterpark Dress Code

  • Must wear appropriate cover up and shoes inside the club
  • Boxers and compression shorts are NOT allowed as swimwear.
  • Underwear and street clothes are NOT allowed as swimwear.
  • Brazil/French-Cut, thong style, cheeky and/or revealing swimwear is not allowed as swim wear.
  • Must wear full coverage tops and bottoms.
  • Swim briefs for lap swimming only (no lounging)

Gresham Water Park *NO Lifeguard on Duty*

  • Kids 0 – 15 years old must be accompanied by a Member 18 or older at all times.
  • 14 – 15 years old: see buddy rule on sign in the waterpark.

Fisher’s Landing Splashpad * Lifeguard on Duty during Family Swim*

  • Children 11 & under must have an adult with them at all times.
  • Children 12 & up may swim without an adult during Family Swim-Only at the guarded pool.
  • All kids under 16 must swim during guarded hours.

The Waterpark at Fisher’s Landing, is a private (Members and their Guests) facility sporting a wading pool, splash pad, leisure pool, spa, and cafe, the Waterpark is great for a simple dip or an all day outing.  Bring your family and a friend or two and make some great memories at this unique Waterpark.
