TribeLIFE™ will make you functionally fit for what ever challenge life throws at you. It combines low impact aerobic movements with functional strength exercises as well as core and flexibility exercises that will give you renewed energy to take on more of what life has to offer.

LOW IMPACT

Low impact functional exercise refers to exercise that is not strenuous on the joints. However TribeLIFE™ will ensure you maintain the correct intensity during workouts needed to decrease body fat, increase energy levels, achieve cardiovascular fitness and increase functional strength. TribeCORE™ trains the muscles around your deep torso, pelvis, hips, back, shoulders, and abdomen. As a result, workouts will leave you with a slim waistline and firm strong abs.

TribeKIDS™ involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow – pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift. TribeKIDS™ workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well as teamwork games and challenges. Dedicated TribeKIDS™ Coaches will motivate and coach our kids every step of the way encouraging our kids to new levels of fitness, strength and confidence season after season.

Hey, I'm David! I've been a coach since 2015 when we brought this amazing program to Cascade. I became a coach to add more to what I could offer to my training clients and CAC members. Tribe brings a community experience I love and absolutely wanted to be apart of! I currently coach Tribe Fit and LOVE it! Tribe has truly blessed me with so many new friendships and the ability to, in real time, watch people striving for goals and achieve them! I have been coaching Tribe since December of 2018, but my Tribe journey started when I became an athlete myself in August of 2017. My passion for the program began there, when I got to see not only the physical results, but I got to experience the tight-knit community, the instructor impact, and the emotional impact first-hand. This is not your average group fitness session. I became a coach because I want to help my athletes feel the way my coach and my team made me feel: empowered, capable, strong, and unstoppable. As both an athlete and a coach, I am able to experience what my athletes experience, and deliver to them the best possible training session. I love the Tribe program because there’s truly a place for everyone, no matter their fitness level. I love that the workouts are constantly changing and adapting, so athletes are consistently challenged no matter how long they’ve been in Tribe. I love that the small group atmosphere offers an opportunity for lifelong friendships to be built and for coaches to be able to give a lot of individual attention. As an athlete, you’re not just another body in the room. We know your goals. We know your struggles and your triumphs. We know your story. This is what sets Tribe apart.

I am a NASM certified personal trainer, and All-American track and field champion. I became a personal trainer a little over 3 years ago, after finishing my college athletics, and began tribe shortly after. It felt as though it was a natural progression for me, being able to share my knowledge with others, after my own athletic career. Over the course of my time teaching tribe I have fallen in love with the uplifting and motivating atmosphere classes bring, as well as the camaraderie associated with everyone’s progression!

Being a Tribe coach has been my passion since we launched Tribe in 2015. Commradery, increased fitness levels, inspiration and a coach to help you find your potential are my reasons of LOVING TRIBE! However, my WHY of coaching....builds season after season. I have the opportunity to see how Tribe impacts peoples lives. It is not just a workout; It is life changing for most. The hardest part is committing to the first workout. From there....your coach and tribe have your back. I am certified in TribeFIT, TribeLIFE & TribeKIDS.
Why I chose to coach TRIBE:
I love Tribe due to the camaraderie, accountability and challenge it brings to every session. It’s like you get your own personal trainer for a fraction of the cost and you get to work out with your friends!

Audrey here! I became a Tribe athlete in a time in life where I desperately needed community, and a drive to find my best health. Tribe provided exactly that! After my first couple seasons I made it my goal, to become a Tribe Coach. Coaching TribeKIDS and TribeLIFE has become one of my greatest joys! My FAVORITE part of coaching is empowering athletes to push past that voice that tells them they can’t, and to smash through their goals with a team at their back! I strive to create a FUN, engaging, and tight knit team atmosphere in all of my Tribe sessions. My athletes’ in turn experience incredible results, and the support they need to conquer their goals!
