LOW IMPACT

Low impact functional exercise refers to exercise that is not strenuous on the joints. TribeKIDS™ involves exercises that are fundamental to all things that kids need to do as their bodies grow – pull, push, run, jump, throw, climb and lift. TribeKIDS™ workouts incorporate athletic drills for coordination and agility, strength and stamina exercises as well as teamwork games and challenges. Dedicated TribeKIDS™ Coaches will motivate and coach our kids every step of the way encouraging our kids to new levels of fitness, strength and confidence season after season.

I started my fitness journey many years ago training in a group setting and really enjoyed it! Not only does group training hold you accountable to somebody else but it also creates such a fun environment to challenge each other, celebrate the wins together, and push each other to the finish line. When I’m not coaching Tribe, you can find me training clients one-on-one out on the weight floor or putting myself through a workout. Coaching Tribe and training clients keeps me inspired and motivated to reach my own fitness goals on a daily basis. What I love most about Tribe is that it incorporates unique and functional movements that are beneficial to all walks of life and various different age groups. Whether you are just starting your fitness journey or are a seasoned professional - you are sure to get a great workout in with your Tribe team!

I started TRIBE as an athlete in January 2021 and fell in love! When I started TRIBE I couldn’t
perform even 1 push-up! Now I can perform at least 10 in a row. I love the progression you get from TRIBE and how you become better and better each session. Not only have I become stronger physically. I have mentally, 1 hour away from work and life 2 times a week have become so good for my mental health. You are surrounded by people who care about their well being, and want to be better then yesterday. I am so excited about becoming a coach and challenging myself even further. TRIBE has truly changed my life.

I have loved teaching group fitness at Cascade Athletic Clubs since 2001! I absolutely enjoy getting to know members and being a part of their fitness journey. I truly believe that we accomplish more in a group and we are better together! My fitness journey began as a child playing year round sports. Then at 18 I tried my first group fitness class and was hooked! In 2015 I become one of the first Tribe coaches at Cascade and have coached many everyday athletes to a stronger and healthier self. Over the years I have worked to instill the value of health and fitness in my own family and enjoy an active lifestyle with my husband and three daughters.

Hey, hi, hello!
I have been into all types of fitness for most of my life, and it definitely shows in my career as a group fitness instructor! If I am not teaching group fitness or taking a group fitness class, you will find me on the weight floor. As much as I love group fitness, I also really LOVE getting creative on the weight floor!! I love training inside the gym just as much as outside the gym because I believe your gym training should support your everyday life. Functional training is so important, which is why I love mixing things up!
