Personal Trainer

Fitness Philosophy:
My fitness philosophy has a lot to do with growing up on the sidelines of my dad’s rugby games. I saw how it helped him not only physically but mentally. It was an outlet for him, providing a challenge and fun at the same time. This is what exercise has become for me. The benefits of exercise far surpass aesthetics and weight loss, although those are beneficial and important if that is your goal. My hope is that you don’t quit moving once you reach it! It is about challenging yourself, setting goals-meeting them-and then surpassing them if you chose. It is about getting to know your body and a peace of the puzzle in striving for optimal health. It will look much different depending on your specific goals, interests, and your starting point. There is NOTHING wrong with where you’re at right now. I 100% believe exercise/movement of some kind needs to be a fundamental part of ALL our lives. I am here to help you learn how to move well, enjoy it, and accomplish goals.

Steve

Personal Trainer

PHILOSOPHY - "The biggest regret we can have is asking ourselves (what if) let's not be afraid to be realized."

Let me help you to understand the value of a body that can last you a lifetime with strength and vitality. The goal I have for those I work with is in-part self-realization of what their true capabilities are. There's a number of variables when I work with those that entrust me with their bodies and I want that first meeting to collect all the unique qualities of that individual to help me shape their program. Building on the trust and relational skills over these 26 years of teaching has yielded some remarkable results with those I am privy to work with. I will design a program that is to become an art and practice to each individual. The program will be unique and different to each person, as no two people are a like. These programs will evolve as the individual evolves. Change is inevitable, we must adapt with it.

Steve has worked with virtually every walk of fitness clientele over the 26+ years of teaching both domestically and internationally in workshops.
