My fitness philosophy has a lot to do with growing up on the sidelines of my dad’s rugby games. I saw how it helped him not only physically but mentally. It was an outlet for him, providing a challenge and fun at the same time. This is what exercise has become for me. The benefits of exercise far surpass aesthetics and weight loss, although those are beneficial and important if that is your goal. My hope is that you don’t quit moving once you reach it! It is about challenging yourself, setting goals-meeting them-and then surpassing them if you chose. It is about getting to know your body and a peace of the puzzle in striving for optimal health. It will look much different depending on your specific goals, interests, and your starting point. There is NOTHING wrong with where you’re at right now. I 100% believe exercise/movement of some kind needs to be a fundamental part of ALL our lives. I am here to help you learn how to move well, enjoy it, and accomplish goals.

I’ve been with Cascade for over 25 years. My husband, Travis and I have two kids. They are both very active, one in swimming and the other in weight lifting. I enjoy running and swimming, photography and scrap-booking.

I'm passionate about outdoor exploring and adventuring - especially when it's warm and sunny. Random dance attacks, music deep digs, and capturing a moment with my lens are all part of my week.

I'm a large advocate of proper exercise technique and nutrition. It's my passion as a trainer. Every person deserves to know how their body works and the best ways to reach every fitness goal they have. If its physical, mental or nutritional. So, it's very exciting for me to see every client that I get the pleasure of working with, leave with more knowledge and confidence to either maintain or continue to reach their goals.

How long have you been a personal trainer?
I'm new to personal training (July 2019) but not to fitness. I've been working hard on my personal health and fitness goals for 3 years now. Starting with group classes, then working with a trainer, and now on to TRIBE and weight training.
What do you like to do on your personal time?
I love listening to music, being outside, and anything that involves tacos and tequila!

My philosophy to training is getting to know each of my clients individually. What are your wants, needs and goals? After that, I can help you achieve your desired fitness level at YOUR pace. The skies the limit!

Family and interests:
In my past I have completed adventure races, half marathons, the Portland marathon (one time was enough) and the Half Ironman triathlon in Bend. These days I do a lot of x-training. I am married and have a daughter and son. As a family we like to quad ride in the sand, boat during the summer months, and travel.

Tuesday is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Instructor. She has grown up in a fit lifestyle filled with health and wellness. Through her youth, she spent her time in swimming, Taekwondo, cheerleading, and dance. Presently, she focuses on weight training and lifting heavy.
