Zumba Gold targets the largest growing segment of the population: baby boomers. It takes the Zumba formula & modifies the moves & pacing to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit & healthy lifestyle. Active older adults want camaraderie, excitement & fitness as a regular part of their weekly schedule. Zumba Gold is the perfect fit. Itâ€™s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly & most of all, fun. (45 min) PDX - 205 Location only.

This class is perfect for a safe, energizing workout to strengthen your heart & improve overall body conditioning. Cardio Circuitmay be adjusted for all levels of fitness. (45min) PDX - 205/Fisher's
SILVER POWER STRENGTH
Improve strength, balance, muscle tone and metabolism to effect overall quality of life. Motivating instructors and music, with optional chair support make this a safe, fun, and effective workout. (45 min) Gresham
Have fun & move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement & activity for daily living skills. Silver Power Racqueteers meet at Gresham. We supply racquets, balls and goggles. This is a non-competitive atmosphere and if you donâ€™t know how to play, we will teach you.
