Calling all seniors! Come join us for our new small group training class at our PDX -205 location. Build your body in a new and exciting routine. Shake up your life a little with this class that will help you improve your every day. Increase your balance to help prevent falls and help you feel more stable.

Circuit Training is a total body high intensity workout with low weight and high rep intervals. You will circuit through 12 – 15 stations for one minute each 2x through. We work upper body, lower body, core and cardio endurance building lean muscle, tone and all around total body strength. Not only will you get a great workout, you will have lots of fun doing it as well.
