Small Group Training

Specifically designed for 2, 3 or 4 people with common goals and timelines. A trainer will work with your group to create dynamic, fun, engaging workouts. This is also an economical way to get individualized training at a fraction of the cost.

Please check with a Personal Trainer at your club for fees. Non-Members are welcome to invest in a Personal Trainer.

Range of Motion 360°  |  At 205

Using the ADAPT method we will focus on moving the body in all the directions it is designed to move by combining dynamic and static stretching using techniques from yoga, Pilates, and traditional athletic. Each 6-week session will allow your body to progress and maximize your range of motion while introducing muscular stability and endurance into every joint.

Fridays 6:30 – 7 A.M.  |  $37.5 per participant per session

High-Intensity Interval Training. Change up your routine with this 6-week, 60-minute fusion of cardio, strength and ROM intervals! Professional guidance, custom modifications, keeping your individual goals as a priority… while training with a fun motivational group!
