Welcome to our Waterpark in Gresham, the only private(members and guest) waterpark in Gresham. The waterpark opens Memorial Day Weekend. Our outdoor waterpark is the best place to cool off all summer long featuring a wading pool, splash pad, leisure pool, and spa!

Due to the weather being unpredictable, Cascade Water Park uses a Flag system. We make every effort to have a physical flag out on our main sign as well as a digital flag announcement on the app by 10AM each day.

GREEN FLAG DAYS

Our water park is open and fully staffed for you! The snack bar is open and food is available for purchase. The Water Park Gate entrance off the West Parking Lot is open.

RED FLAG DAYS

Our water park is open but not fully staffed. The snack bar is closed. Member check in will be done through the Main Club Entrance.

GRESHAM WATERPARK

Our Gresham waterpark is a great place to relax and beat the heat all summer long. Our private pool and waterpark is available to our members and their guests only.

Kids can enjoy the splash pad, wading pool, swimming pool, slide and snack shack all available at our outdoor waterpark.

Don’t have a membership? We are running membership specials for a limited time. Inquiry online and we can setup a tour and get you special pricing.

CLUB MEMBERS

All members may access both Vancouver and Gresham waterparks.

GUESTS 3-9 YRS OLD ($15)

3 to 9 year olds that do not have a kids annual membership.
3 to 9 year olds that are guests to members.

GUEST 10YRS OLD + ($20)

10 yrs old + that do not have a membership.
10 yrs old + that are guests to members.

WATER PARK GENERAL RULES

No outside food, drinks or glass.
No mattresses, inner tubes, large balls, water balloons or water guns.
Children not potty trained must wear swim diapers/rubber pants.
No running, jumping off the side of the pool backwards, or rough play.
When using suntan lotions, please shower before entering the pool.

WATER PARK DRESS CODE

Must wear appropriate cover up and shoes inside the club
Boxers and compression shorts are NOT allowed as swimwear.
Underwear and street clothes are NOT allowed as swimwear.
Brazil/French-Cut, thong style, cheeky and/or revealing swimwear is not allowed as swim wear.
Must wear full coverage tops and bottoms.
Swim briefs for lap swimming only (no lounging)

NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY

Children ages 6 and under must be in arms reach of a parent or guardian.
Kids 0 – 15 years old must be accompanied by a Member 18 or older at all times.
14 – 15 years old: see buddy rule on sign in the waterpark.

EAST SIDE PARTY AREA
The East side Party Area has a 20 X 20 tent with picnic tables, trees for shade and if needed extra tables/chairs.

WEST SIDE PARTY AREA
The West side Party Area has a grassy area and picnic tables.
