I learned that exercise can be fun, it is an outlet for stress, has many brain benefits, and can lead to life-long friendships. Exercise benefits far surpass aesthetics and weight loss. My fitness philosophy is motion is lotion. We need to keep moving our bodies so all of our parts and pieces keep moving correctly. My niche is anyone who wants to have fun while working out. I do work well with the senior population here at Cascade. I can also teach adult swimming lessons or stroke proficiency for all swimming strokes. My fitness inspiration in my mom. She has battled cancer and has a run streak that is unheard of. I also am completely inspired by my long time and new clients that have gone through injuries, cancer or major medical issues but they continue to put their health on the front burner and keep coming back.
I work with individuals looking to improve their range of motion, mobility and balance. I work well with the senior population. I also specialize in training swimmers and runners.
