Cascade Balance at Cascade Athletic Clubs

The Atlas Method is a scaled and methodical way of approaching balance of our bodies and our joint tissues in harmony.

Classes contain:

  • full body mobilization of joints and muscles
  • practical exercises to learn both foot and hand balances
  • movement patterns of fluid and dynamic progression
  • progressive flexibility training and method from beginner to performer

These classes are scaled to advanced students little by little in their movement practices. No class is exactly the same.

Days/Times

Currently the Atlas Method Classes are held on Mondays 6:30pm starting June 24th and led by Steve Atlas, Sports Kinesiologist and Performing Artist.
