Running Club at CAC

Join John Nolan in a running club to help imporve your full body fitness level. John picked up running 10 years ago and has raced in over 175 events in varying distances and terrain. Coupling John’s passion and expertise in running, he also is one of CAC’s Certified Personal Trainers and Tribe Coaches.


– For the runner who has thought about running a 5k or 10k that have not yet committed.

– For the runner who has done running events before, and they want to improve their performance or distance with a 10k, 15k, or 1/2 marathon.

– Training sessions will guide you through pre and post running stretches, a running
schedule and a workout including a run.
