The fastest way to get into amazing shape, our X-Train classes will inspire and challenge you! Each X-Train class is customized based on your ADAPT evaluation. Trainers provide individual attention. All fitness levels and ages over 10 are welcome.

X-Train/Feel Good Friday Class Fees: If you have an unlimited monthly X-Train PASS (ADAPT pass), you may attend another club’s X-Train class by paying the applicable club upgrade fee.

Members: Per Class Fee $40 for a 10 Class Punch Pass or $5/visit

With a cardio emphasis, X-Train A will have you burning mega calories by climbing, jumping, crawling, running, and more.
You’ll feel like a kid again in our indoor and outdoor training ground. Best of all, you’ll leave
feeling rejuvenated, balanced and like you’ve trained hard after every class!
FEEL GOOD FRIDAY | 60 Minutes

Our dynamic stretching class combines the best of yoga, Pilates and traditional stretching techniques to create a truly unique experience.
Each class has a specific progression of exercises designed to maximize your body’s range of motion.
This addicting class will provide the opportunity to feel how your body is
intended to move. Fridays 9:30-10:30a
